What are credit allowances?
Credit allowances are based on a confidential credit risk report gathered during application into the program from your account with us.
Based on a variety of proprietary and confidential factors including prior top-ups made, length of membership, negative account balances, etc – a fixed credit unit amount is fixed and applied to the your account.
When applied to your account – your account would be provided with the capacity to have a limited “negative (-) OneSpiffy Credit” amount within your account.
If the negative amount surpasses the credit allowance provided, you will be provided with a notice in which a charge will be made to ensure the credit allowance limit provided is adhered to without compromising services being provided.
What are credit backs?
Credit backs are OneSpiffy Credits added to your account based on automated top-ups (“deposits”) made whilst in the Entrepreneurial program.
Based on the amount of credits added during automated top-ups, you will receive credits “back” into your account.
The amount of credit back added is based on the quatitiy of credits added during automated top-ups and increases with the value of automated top-ups made.
What is D-U-N-S?
The D-U-N-S Number is a set of numbers that identify a company on a local scale. Its given by Dun & Bradstreet and is used as a standard way to find a company’s contact info.
By providing your company’s D-U-N-S number, you will have a better chance of being verified as a valid business entity.
This can help ensure that you are eligible to join the OneSpiffy Entrepreneurial Program or the OneSpiffy Enterprise Program.
Most businesses can obtain a D-U-N-S Number (as long as they are recognized as a legal entity) to enter into the legal terms and obligations of OneSpiffy Entrepreneurial Program agreements. DBAs, fictitious businesses, trade names, and branches are not accepted.
Companies and educational institutions must provide a D-U-N-S Number registered to their legal entity. A D-U-N-S Number is optional for government organizations.
If you’re enrolling as an individual, you don’t need a D-U-N-S Number.
